Auguste Benfer is a trans-european, german-italian duo based in Nantes, France that merges pop, folk and jazz influences into lyrical songs. Charlotte Knips (p, g & v) performs her songs in english german and french accompanied by Amelia Cavarzan (dr&v). In march 2011 they recorded their first EP "DEMO" in collaboration with the double bass player Youssef Ghazzal
